John has been in the real estate business full time as an agent since early 1999, but was no stranger to the business prior to that, growing up in a real estate family.  Currently, John resides in Kettering with his wife Tonya and two children, Collin and Claire.  John is the owner and team leader of the SW Ohio Realty Group, a highly productive team at Keller Williams Advantage Real Estate, located in Bellbrook, OH, south of Dayton.  John is also one of the owners of Keller Williams Advantage Real Estate.

John formed the SW Ohio Realty Group in 2006 as an answer to the need of a highly specialized real estate team in the SW Ohio Area.  Although John is based out of the South Dayton area, the team covers all of SW Ohio, including Cincinnati, Dayton, Springfield, and everything in between.

Sue has been in the real estate business since 1977, serving the Springfield and Clark County and surrounding markets.  Bringing over 30 years experience to the SW Ohio Realty Group and an entire new market area to complete our coverage of SW Ohio.  With the addition of Sue Youker, the SW Ohio Realty Group now serves three MLS systems, one air force base, seven universities and colleges, and fifteen counties in SW Ohio.
